The level of support can run from full external project management to regular project consultancy meetings with internal teams with their own project managers at key milestones in the project lifecycle.

As required, these audits may include specific risk assessments using standard risk management methods or analytical tools such as Process FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis)

Process analysis – flowcharting and communicating procedures and incorporation into the quality procedures manual.
