Total Quality is a focused and powerful business strategy which relies on constant attention to three key areas:-
- Customers (because that’s who make us what we are)
- People (because its our people who deliver the service which gets us our customers and keeps them)
and
- Processes (because without them good intentions and promises far too frequently fail to be achieved)
We see it rather like a 3 legged stool, where a weakness in any leg makes the whole structure unstable.
