The core of any business plan has to have as one of its aims to make sure that the organisation complies with relevant legislation but, with the extraordinary growth in the last decade of employment rights and environmental law in particular and the considerable burden of meeting Health and Safety standards, we know how difficult it is for organisations to keep up with the changes.
The Compliance Division is here to help relieve the burden for you and reduce the worry of potential litigation or prosecution by the Authorities. Our approach is consistent with our cultural stance; we call it HELP – High Engagement, Low Paperwork. Our aim is to help you establish simple systems and know where to go to get the detail or call for specific advice.
